These terms and conditions shall define and govern the interaction between you – the user with us i.e., Bakers Fantasy hereinafter referred to as ‘Bakers Fantasy’ on the website www.bakersfantasy.com. By using the informational and/or other services made available on the website, you, the user acknowledge and agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy herein. Continued usage of the application shall imply acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
1. ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.

3. ORDER POLICY
Bakers Fantasy’s employees, agents, logistics partners or designee’s will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.
a. Pricing: All prices quoted are in £ GBP. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed to purchase the product listed at the incorrect price, this is regardless of whether an order confirmation email has been received or your credit/debit card has been charged. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.
b. Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at info@bakersfantasy.com. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.

e. You Agree and Confirm-
I. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Bakers Fantasy for re delivery shall be claimed from you.
II. That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
III. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Bakers Fantasy reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
IV. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage. Shipping options and turnarounds are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5.30pm, excluding weekends and Public Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given. Orders which are returned to us due to the customer not being able to accept delivery at the given address will be subject to another delivery cost to be borne by the customer. Very occasionally delays occur which are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays after orders have left us.
- All deliveries must be signed for, due to this we are unable to pass on instructions to the courier such as ‘leave in shed’, etc.
- Orders paid for via Paypal can only be delivered to the confirmed address provided to us by Paypal.
7. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can be applied on the ‘View Basket’ page and must be applied before proceeding to checkout. We are unable to retrospectively apply a discount code to an order that has already been placed. We reserve the right to amend or cancel a discount code at any time, this includes ending a discount code/promotion before the designated expiry date.
8. CLAIMS
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of delivery. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods, or such goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract. All items subject to a return must be returned in unworn, as new, condition. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made so as to reach us within 15 working days from placement of order. We can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on products that have been modified by the customer after the order has been shipped by us.
9. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Bakers Fantasy nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.
